1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Delivery in 2–3 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Expedited Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your tires arrive damaged or your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the delivery is refused, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost and any reshipping fees.
