Refund and Returns Policy

At Car Tire Hub, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We understand that purchasing tires online can be a significant decision, and we strive to make the process as seamless and worry-free as possible. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • Tires must be returned in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for tires that have been:

  • Mounted or used.

  • Damaged due to improper installation or use.

  • Customized or special-ordered (non-standard sizes).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different tire, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. Contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your tires arrive damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos of the damage.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable.
